What's the difference between the Standard and Leader pricing?

Whether you're an individual:

- Team member paying for the Standard bundle

- Leader wanting to level up their skills by purchasing the Leader bundle, or

- That is part of a group at your organization taking the assessment

...the assessment and mini-course will be the same. The only difference is the number of coaching sessions you receive and the focus of those coaching sessions.

Standard Bundle

This bundle includes 1 post-assessment coaching session that focuses on a personal development plan to improve cross-cultural competence.

Leader

This bundle includes 3 post-assessment coaching sessions that focus on both personal development and the organization's development. 

Can I really trust this assessment and my results?

MosaicIQ evaluated many assessments before it decided to license one based on a solid cross-cultural development assessment.

The assessment we chose was first developed by an American sociologist, and over the past 17 years, it has been used by organizations in countries and cultures worldwide.

Each assessment question has been rigorously examined, further refined, and tested to remove cultural bias. This means that it has been validated and proven to be a reliable and highly accurate assessment for cross-cultural competence.

Are my results confidential?

Yes, they are absolutely, 100% confidential—only you and your coach can see your results.

You are not required to share your results with anyone, and that includes coworkers, managers, or supervisors. Your results will only be shared if you decide to share them with someone, yourself.

Note: This is also true for group assessments. No one can see anyone else's results and you only share if you want to. That said, everyone in the group will be presented with the anonymized average score of all individual results.

How does the group assessment work?

Group assessments are appropriate for small and large teams, departments, or entire organizations.

Individuals take the assessment as described in the process above. After the assessment, the individuals attend a large group coaching session where the group members are confidentially provided their individual assessment results, and where the entire group discusses their group results (an average of all the individual results).

The group results provide a snapshot of how the team, department, etc. approaches cultural differences and similarities. These insights are used to inform the next developmental steps for the group
